A lot of students start their studies automatically, not knowing if it is really the thing they want out of life. One should be able to find the right type of counselor that you can connect with. This is very important because you must be able to trust the person that you are telling your problem to. You will develop a relationship with them as time goes on, but that depends on your trust levels. The patient should be making every effort during these sessions. It is not just up to the therapist to make sure that progress is being achieved. Having a mentor to talk to can be a very special thing.
