Unconventional Health Practices Like Acupuncture Without Needles

The infinite biological processes in our bodies can be very overwhelming. There is a plethora of manners in which people can affect changes in the way these processes are carried out. This opens up unending discussions on the subject.

You have more control of your body than you know and you can do things you never even thought was possible. From sensory deprivation to relieve stress, cold thermogenesis in a cryogenic chamber to improve metabolism, and acupuncture without needless making the practice easier for the lay person. Lets discuss some simple ways to influence your biology.

A good place to start is diet, namely the bodyfat set point. Most people are unaware but the body actually decides how much fat it should store and if this changes, the body goes to great lengths to bring it back. This is why people often find that when they go on a calorie restrictive diet they lose weight but it almost always comes back and can even get worst.

The fix for this however, is quite easy. The hormone responsible for this phenomena is Leptin. A master hormone in metabolism, leptin usually determines how effective other metabolic hormones can be. Trying to control your insulin with medication will be useless if one is not sensitive to leptin. Like other metabolic hormones, Insulin answers to leptin.

It is fairly simple to adjust leptin sensitivity, all it takes is consuming thirty or more grams of protein with generous amounts of quality saturated fats within thirty minutes of waking. Sources like beef, eggs, coconut oil, and butter have been used to great effect. It is important to get the highest quality of these foods.

Within six weeks of making this adjustment effects like, rapid fat loss, more energy, and increased libido will be observed. Once these changes are observed, a high fat, low carbohydrate diet rich in resistant starch, fermented vegetables, and omega 3 fatty acids produce best results. This has also proven to be a useful strategy in maintaining health.

Diet is not the only way we can control ourselves. Seemingly impossible skills can also be developed. Stimulating acupressure points independently sans needles with a special device that penetrates deep in ones skin is a simple one. Controlling your stress using heart rate variability so you can consciously stop being nervous, and learning to have focus at your beck and call with focus brain training.

Heart rate variability refers to the volume of blood the heart pumps out on every individual beat. Having a hear beat that is less constant and more variable is healthier. Machines that track heart rate variability are now available and most link with smartphones. Using this software you are given feedback that shows you whenever you are stressed and relaxed so that you become aware of it, you can then use this feedback to know exactly when to make changes in your demeanor to remove stress.

Focus is similar. Electrodes are attached to the prefrontal cortex and into a laptop with the program and on the screen you will see an airplane, if you are focused it will move forward if you are not it will move backwards. Again, another simple way to take what once was an unconscious process and turn it into a conscious one.
