Again, this should not have any bearing towards the final selection but must be a way to judge the relative experience or inexperience of the candidate.

Are you doing this for yourself or for your mom and dad? People from the low-income group will do it for their family. Job applicants who want to augment their pocket money tend to be more breezy in their approach to the work. Then there are those who love any work related to food.
