However, without a solid Corporate Business Structure, it could become a confusing set of conflicts. There must be order, leadership and heads of departments to constitute a successful corporation.
The Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer top the hierarchy. It is not always the case, but most giant corporations have more than one Vice President.
