All licensing and also leasing the various units should be their responsibility at all times. They should also ensure that the owners comply with the tax regulations. Anything to do with the insurance processes with regards to claims and compensation is their work.

The body should ensure efficient bookkeeping, and the financial records are accurate. They have to keep all the copies of the documents that relate to the management of all the units. And at any time the owners need the information on the same they have to be in a position to provide it.

Finally, the other responsibility is that they ought to be in a position to handle any emergencies. They ought to take part in protecting property in case of emergencies to minimize the damage. They should help protect the dwellers where they can from any harmful condition.
