There are so many excellent natural aids to health that people may be overwhelmed, but it's easy to learn about them and there is a lot of help available in the city. Check on the internet for information about herbs and vitamins, for dietary advice, and to find holistic clinics in the area. Remember that food may be the best medicine and that using a natural remedy as directed is usually safe. If one approach works, great. If not, try another.
