They go to the field and know what is happening there and they find out more about the other party in that when you are entering the negotiation room you are so confident and full of knowledge of whatever you are going to discuss about.

The amount of money that they will charge you is also a factor. An agreement should first of all be made so that each one is comfortable with whatever price they agree upon. With such an agreement then it is very hard for them to quarrel at the end of the job because they are not in agreement on the price. Such a misunderstanding can be prevented by first discussing the issue of price.

It is also good to work with professional people. They are supposed to have worked and well trained in this field. Employing people from a different field will make you spend more and also waste a lot of time for you.
